To refurb Russell Park tennis courts\. Spadeoak have been awarded a contract by the LTA \(Lawn Tennis Association\) as their supplier to refurbish tennis courts, and will be funded via the DCMS and LTA Park Tennis Investment Fund i\.e\. this is externally funded\. The LTA competitively tend this work
