This Scheme will cover the resurfacing of highways on: • A666 Darwen Town Centre \(near Cochran Street\), Darwen; • Audley Range, Blackburn; • Harrison Street, Blackburn; • Preston Old Road, Blackburn\. And will encompass the following works: • Carriageway inlay resurfacing; • Adjustment and/or replacement of ironwork; • Replacement of road markings; • Liaison with stakeholders and the public; • Traffic management\.
