Carriageway Inlay Project 2023

This Scheme will cover the resurfacing of highways on: • A666 Darwen Town Centre (near Cochran Street), Darwen; • Audley Range, Blackburn; • Harrison Street, Blackburn; • Preston Old Road, Blackburn.

And will encompass the following works:

• Carriageway inlay resurfacing; • Adjustment and/or replacement of ironwork; • Replacement of road markings; • Liaison with stakeholders and the public; • Traffic management.
