Survey Research in England and Wales (24/25)

Ofwat is commissioning a call off contract for online surveys. The purpose of our surveys is to enable us to monitor consumers' views on the performance of the water sector, their experiences, preferences and concerns. The findings feed into our wider policy and communications work. We want our surveys to be robust and high quality, so that they can provide us with a strong and reliable understanding of consumers' views and experiences on a range of issues. It is important for us to have confidence in the data, so that we can use it to inform key parts of Ofwat's work.
