The Patmos Lodge project forms part of Homes for Lambeth's 2020 Business Plan within their small sites programme\. The site is located on Elliott Road, London, SW9 6EX\. The scheme consists of the new build construction of 26nr Apartments and 5 houses of mixed tenure with this being 13nr Affordable / Social Rent and 18nr Private Sales units\. The two apartment buildings are designed as an RC Frame\. The houses are Traditional Build\. Commencement on-site is currently targeted as 26th April 2021 with completion expected in October 2022\.
