A managed service and maintenance arrangement for the Trust's patient and guest digital media platform. The service provides ongoing support, monitoring, maintenance, incident resolution, content management and platform administration to ensure the continued availability and performance of digital media, entertainment, information and communication services delivered across the Trust's facilities.
