Aura- Mid Term Assessment

To review and assess the integration of both capital and revenue aspects of the Aura project.

Key tasks include:

a) An inventory and assessment of the physical assets of the project and their utilisation in the delivery of low carbon innovation support b) An analysis of the needs of project beneficiaries and of the support consequently delivered c) An evaluation of the academic and technical expertise and resources deployed in the delivery of innovation support to beneficiaries d) The development of a structured interview framework individually tailored to beneficiaries, project management and delivery personnel and key stakeholders e) A forensic assessment of project financial performance together with an assessment of value for money against output delivery and impact targets.
