## Description

The University requires the provision of pest control services, to replace an existing contract that is due to expire\. The scope of the contract includes both proactive and reactive pest control services across the MMU estate\. MMU has a variety of buildings, including a number of listed buildings, across both the Manchester and Cheshire sites\. The sites include over 3000 rooms in the halls of residence buildings and 10 catering outlets\. Both sites include open fields, parkland and wetland areas\.
