## Description

The proposed RDC scope features containerised, standalone accommodation units for single occupation for risk assessed prisoners\. The units are equipped with fixed furniture, arranged into a double or single storey configuration and attached to separate sleeper units and ancillary spaces\. Owing to budget constraints and site-specific requirements, ancillary units typically comprise of offices, storage, association spaces, laundry facilities, serveries, self-catering kitchen facilities\. Works contract for the delivery of : Provision of foundations, hard standing, lead up services \(electric and water\), drainage, final connections \(electric, water, drainage, fire alarm in cell telephony\) etc\.
