## Description

Rykneld Homes Ltd \(RHL\) working with, and on behalf of, North East Derbyshire District Council \(NEDDC\) is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Licensed Asbestos Contractor to undertake Asbestos removal and remediation services using best practice and overall value for money principles\. To provide licensed and non-licensed Asbestos Removal services \(planned and responsive\) within void and tenanted properties, throughout the district of North East Derbyshire\. Please do not submit a bid if you do not meet the following Criteria: - Must have a valid 3 year license for asbestos removal issued by the HSE\. - Membership with an appropriate quality inspection body such as ARCA\. - Have not received any enforcement action from the HSE in the last 3 years\.
