ELFT/TENDER/20/374 - Newham CRT Base - Enabling and Completion Works To Modular Building - First Avenue, Plaistow

It is noted that this project involves enabling/preparation and completion works relating to the provision of a modular facility on the noted site; the works involve provision of substructure, underground drainage to serve the building as well as paving, landscaping, cycle facilities fencing, car park barriers, alteration and extension of external services; works will be undertaken on a phased basis; i.e. prior and subsequent to delivery of modular building; the potential level of construction costs amounts to £350k and work it is envisaged will take place in the 3rd or 4th quarter of 2020
