F0037 Defined Cost Audit - CPMS Framework Consultant

National Highways is looking to set up a contract for provision of a series of deep dive Defined Cost audits for a selected number of projects within the Commercial and Project Management Services Framework (CPMS). This suite of audits will be an objective and evidence-based review of the CPMS Consultant's cost compliance with NH governance requirements and contractual obligations.
