## Description

The main purpose of the service is delivery of off-site programmes for learners on roll of Leeds' schools, SILCs, PRUs for identified learners aged 11-19\. Children's Services deem off site provision to be that when learners access part of their learning entitlement at an off-site \(i\.e\. out of school\) provider during the academic day\. It is expected that learners will follow a nationally recognised programme or qualification which is included in section 96/97 and that will be accredited to the home school's assessment and attainment table\. Off-site educational provision does not include any out of school hour's activities\. The specification of work is broken down in to three cohorts/lots\. Service providers will be asked to identify which lots they wish to bid for as part of their tender proposal: Lot 1\. 11-13 year old learners \(Key Stage 3\) Lot 2\. 13-16 year old learners \(Key Stages 3 and 4\) Lot 3\. 16-19 year old learners \(Key Stage 5\)
