The Authority seeks to establish a multi-supplier Framework to provide Energy Efficiency Retrofit measures in accordance with PAS 2035 for domestic and public buildings along with any required refurbishment works for its Members and other Public Sector Contracting Bodies in Northern Ireland

The authority seeks to appoint up to 8 suitably qualified Principal Contractors able to provide the full requirements.
