Contract for Heritage, Conservation, and Ecology Planning Advice Services

The Planning and Building Control department are seeking to award the Contract for Heritage, Conservation, and Ecology Planning Advice Services to Place Services at Essex County to provide expert advice on heritage, conservation, and ecology to our Planning Policy, Development Management, and Enforcement Teams. This contract will be a zero-hour contract with no guaranteed minimum or maximum hours of work per day/week. The supplier will invoice the Council quarterly in arrears for any charges for time, expenses, and materials for the time concerned.

Commencement date: 1 July 2023 Termination date: 30 June 2026 Possible one year extension: 30 June 2027
