The existing site was formerly a Jewsons builders' merchants and yard, which comprises office space over three floors with a GIA 200m2 per floor and ground floor storage sheds with a GIA of 1,470m2, whilst the site extends to 5,200m2 in total. The site benefits from an outline consent for 51 units.
