## Description

The service will provide a carers emergency scheme for carers of people who live within the Leeds City Council area\. The service will enable carers to complete an emergency plan, arrange for those plans to be registered and stored safely, and coordinate an emergency response in the event of an emergency where the carer is unable to provide the care they normally provide
