\*\*\*Modification of the Contract\*\*\* DDaT19021 004 - The Call Off Contract value has been increased by £102,149\.61 excluding VAT via the use of PCR 2015, Regulation 72 \(1\)\(c\)\. The new Call-Off Contract value is £755,517\.61 excluding VAT\. The Call-Off Contract end date has been extended to Sunday 20th February 2022\. The option to extend the end date is provided for within the original Call-Off Contract\. DDaT19021 003 - The Call Off Contract value has been increased by £51,000\.00 excluding VAT via the use of PCR 2015, Regulation 72 \(1\)\(c\)\. The new Call-Off Contract value is £653,368\.00 excluding VAT\. This contract is for the provision of Video, Audio and Web Collaboration software licences to UK Research and Innovation\. The procurement process undertaken was via a shortlisting exercise under Lot 2 of the CCS RM1557\.10 G-Cloud 10 framework agreement\.
