***Modification of the Contract***

DDaT19021 004 - The Call Off Contract value has been increased by £102,149.61 excluding VAT via the use of PCR 2015, Regulation 72 (1)(c). The new Call-Off Contract value is £755,517.61 excluding VAT.

The Call-Off Contract end date has been extended to Sunday 20th February 2022. The option to extend the end date is provided for within the original Call-Off Contract.

DDaT19021 003 - The Call Off Contract value has been increased by £51,000.00 excluding VAT via the use of PCR 2015, Regulation 72 (1)(c). The new Call-Off Contract value is £653,368.00 excluding VAT.

This contract is for the provision of Video, Audio and Web Collaboration software licences to UK Research and Innovation. The procurement process undertaken was via a shortlisting exercise under Lot 2 of the CCS RM1557.10 G-Cloud 10 framework agreement.
