## Description

The London Borough of Tower Hamlets is looking for a supplier to provide an Executive Partnerships programme to the most senior leadership and management community at LBTH\. This solution will be aligned to our leadership and management development programme and will ensure that managers and leaders are partnered with an appropriate level of peer/senior professional in another organisation as part of a coaching and mentoring continuum\.
