FURTHER COMPETITION UNDER RM1059 (Revenues & Benefits systems) LOT 1

As part of our review, potential efficiencies in the delivery of Revenue and Benefits applications have been identified. The Revenue and Benefits systems in existence at ENC and BCW are currently running on two separate databases. Following a Request For Information (RFI) procurement exercise it has identified that the two separate databases will be consolidated into a single installation. Alongside this consolidation, an Electronic Records Management System (EDRMS) will also be introduced
