## Description

The UK Shipping Concierge have built and is about to deploy and go live on a Customer Relationship Management \(CRM\) system\. It is hosted on MS Dynamics where MFT and the UKSR's CRM systems are also hosted\. A Microsoft Essentials support contract is required to fix any faults and issues identified in the system\. 25 service tickets will be available within a 1 year period\. This contract is to be let under G-Cloud 12\.
