Harlow Science Park - Supply, Installation and Management of ICT

Harlow Council is seeking to appoint a Service Provider to install information technology across the Harlow Science Park. The Council is seeking a long term arrangement on a profit sharing basis. The commission is for the delivery of a full network and service management regime to be delivered to tenants on behalf of Harlow Council. The service should have the following features: - Offer a range of Internet Access and other IP services including telephony to Science Park occupiers, providing full cabling, installation and connections - Act on behalf of Harlow Council in relation to the Science Park, operating the Park's network and Point of Presence to a 99.99% availability - Be offered under a detailed SLA with a commitment to rapid response times for support and sales enquiries with an appropriate commitment to on-site supHave a detailed commitment to sales and marketing - Offer the capability for resilient and high availability services on request - Proposals for a business model for sharing revenues with the Council
