## Description

SOFT MARKET TESTING - The Council wishes to hear from suppliers willing to share information about their approach to the provision of a Resource Allocation System \(RAS\)\. The RAS is required to produce an indicative personal care budget across all social care client groups, which is 2014 Care Act compliant\.
