Work description
Tower Hamlets Clinical Commissioning Group, on behalf of the Tower Hamlets Together partnership is looking to commission an external piece of work to develop a practical guide to implementing the THT outcomes framework. Full details to which are set out in the attached RFQ/Specification document.
