Beyond Housing - Marske Road, Window Replacement 2019-20

Beyond Housing seeks to appoint one Contractor to undertake a Window Replacement Programme to various properties within the Cleveland area. The works include the removal and replacement of existing windows, replacing with UVPC windows, to the agreed design and specification, with associated works to approximately 88 dwelling houses of various house types. The contract is to be undertaken on a "Supply & Install" basis. Prosper Procurement Ltd ("PROSPER") is managing this procurement on behalf of the Contracting Body.
