Condition and Measured Surveys of Freehold Sites

The Police & Crime Commissioner for Warwickshire has awarded a contract for the completion of Condition Surveys required as a matter of urgency, to assist with scheduling required maintenance on all buildings and to provide guidance on future refurbishment and building improvement projects. This was a closed invitation to tender issued to identified building surveyors.
