## Description

A significant space on the 2nd floor of our Health Design and Technology Institute is being refurbished for the uxplore project - an ERDF funded project to help local businesses understand and take up Digital Connectivity\. The Hub will be a modern space where businesses can work, collaborate and use our 5G network\. A key element of the space is AV equipment to enable collaboration as well as a video wall for VR demonstration and testing\. This is a competitive procurement, conducted as Mini Competition as a Call Off from the North East Purchasing Consortium \(NEUPC\) Audio Visual: Supplies, System Design, Installation and Maintenance Agreement; West Midlands Lot 4b: Large Contracts\. This Agreement has been awarded under the Public Contract Regulations 2015\.
