Work description
A significant space on the 2nd floor of our Health Design and Technology Institute is being refurbished for the uxplore project - an ERDF funded project to help local businesses understand and take up Digital Connectivity. The Hub will be a modern space where businesses can work, collaborate and use our 5G network.
A key element of the space is AV equipment to enable collaboration as well as a video wall for VR demonstration and testing.
This is a competitive procurement, conducted as Mini Competition as a Call Off from the North East Purchasing Consortium (NEUPC) Audio Visual: Supplies, System Design, Installation and Maintenance Agreement; West Midlands Lot 4b: Large Contracts. This Agreement has been awarded under the Public Contract Regulations 2015. Only suppliers who are who are part of the aforementioned agreement will be permitted to take part in this procurement process.
