Description

The Police & Crime Commissioner for Warwickshire has awarded a contract to renew Warwickshire Police's eFinancials software from 1 February 2026 with graduation to Financials to take place with effect from 1 April 2027. The contract therefore covers licences, support and maintenance and professional services to implement the new system. This was a direct award via Crown Commercial Services framework reference RM6285 Back Office Software 2 (BOS2) Lot 2 Specialist Software Solutions and is therefore compliant with PCRs 2015. The contact is for an initial term of 50 months with the option to extend for a further 1 x 12 months period. Contract values provided are for the initial term and the higher value if one year extension taken on the basis of a 6.5% increase per annum still being applied at the end of the initial term.
