Engagement and Evaluation of Citizen Science Local Pilots

This RFQ is to procure engagement and evaluation work Natural England need to support the development, delivery and assessment of the pilots described above. This contract will provide the project managers with support in two key areas:

· Stakeholder engagement and consultation · Pilot programme evaluation

Evaluation will therefore cover the whole life of the Local Pilot project from initial community consultation (stakeholder participation), co-design of the evaluative framework (what we will test), through to pilot completion and conclusion (assess success). The contractor will develop a draft evaluation framework to be presented to and agreed by the project management team. This will be designed for implementation across the project lifetime. As it will include processes for further co-design with each of the four pilots, with agreed key evaluation data collection activities and deliverables due at defined milestones, a final consulted plan, with relevance to local pilot delivery partners' needs will follow.
