## Description

Highways England is looking to set up a contract to undertake a research project to understand and inform the technical parts of the updates to the Regional Traffic Models \(RTM\) and also to provide headline costings for the future development of the models to ensure value for money of future investment in the RTMs\. This research will feed into the decision-making process on the future direction of the RTMs\.
