## Description

This report presents the details of the procurement process undertaken for the provision of IT Server & Azzure Support for the Electoral Commission \(EC\) and seeks formal approval to award the contract to the recommended supplier\. The objective of this procurement exercise was to secure a high-quality provider that aligns with the EC's requirements, while ensuring value for money and adherence to all applicable procurement regulations\. A number of procurement routes were considered \(refer to Section 3 for further information\)\. After careful consideration, an Open Competitive Procedure under PA23 was identified as the most appropriate procurement vehicle\.
