Description
The purpose of the work is to review the usability of those aspects of our standards for pre-registration nursing and midwifery programmes that have been revised in light of the UK's departure from the EU with end-users. Several standards from both the nursing and midwifery programme standards will need to be reviewed. The specific objectives of this work are: 1. To test usability in terms of developing new curricula 2. To test that the pre-registration proficiencies are outcomes-focused, future-focussed, measurable and assessable 3. To test the language, ease of interpretation, navigation and accessibility of the standards 4. To explore the potential for unintended consequences in the practical implementation of the standards for pre-registration programmes to meet the standards of proficiency and explore with participants potential solutions 5. To explore if there are any areas in terms of usability in the proposed programme standards that create potentially unlawful barriers for groups that share protected characteristics 6. To explore the agility of the proposed programme standards in terms of their applicability to a range of contexts across the four UK countries To access this RFQ opportunity please visit: https://nmcprocurementportal.force.com/s/Welcome
