## Description

The National Physical Laboratory \(NPL\) requirement is for a Condensation Particle Counter \(CPC\)\. This instrument is to be used in both laboratory and field measurements\. The device will require a concentration range up to 100, 000 particles in counting mode\. Due to the varied nature of the measurements this instrument will be used for it must use water as a working fluid and be easily transportable\. It must therefore have an internal pump\.
