GB-Southend: LOLER - (Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment) Inspection Services

Description

Estuary Housing Association wishes to engage a company to provide LOLER Inspection Services to multiple locations across Essex. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement. The resulting contract (subject to performance) shall be for three years with an option to extend for a further year - total potential contract, four years. The current contract value to EHA is in the region of £15,000 to £20,000 per annum for the core services.
