To incorporate a new Local Business construction directory within the main IDOX directory\. The purpose of the contract is to host a Construction Directory on the current directory hub, with the aim of expanding the directory to include other sectors\. The functionality of the current directory hub is suitable for the Construction Directory and is more cost effective and will enable residents and businesses in the borough to access the service\.
