Work description

National Museums Liverpool (NML) is inviting tenders for the provision janitorial and cleaning supplies.

This tender is for the initial period 1 April 2023 until 31 March 2025 with the option to extend annually for 2 further years until 31 March 2027, subject to satisfactory performance. Our objective is to identify and appoint 1 supplier who can deliver a solution that is cost effective, sustainable and supports our requirements.

Eligible tenderers, who have been appointed onto Lot 5 (One Stop Shop) of Crescent Purchasing Consortium's (CPC) Janitorial and Cleaning Supplies Tender Framework, (CPC/EK/01/2019), are cordially invited to participate in this further competition.

Based on recent usage figures and forecasted expenditure trends, the annual contract value for the products listed in Document 2 (Core List Pricing & Specification Schedule) is estimated to range between £45,000 and £60,000 GBP excluding VAT (or £54,000 & £72,000 including VAT) per annum. The contract value for the full potential term of contract is therefore estimated to range between £180,000 to £240,000 GBP excluding VAT (or £216,000 & £288,000 including VAT) for the full potential term of 4 years, inclusive of extension options.

Please note that the contract value and/or any usage quantities stated within the procurement documents are estimated requirements and thus, as demand dependent, will vary. NML is therefore unable to guarantee the actual contract value or usage quantities over the contract term. The appointed supplier may therefore be required to supply requirements, below, or in addition to, what has been initially specified, within this tender. NML reserves the right to modify or purchase additional products during the term of the contract, as permitted under the full scope of the original CPC framework (Lot 5).

Further details are set out in the document set.
