## Description

This Work Package consists of surfacing works in Appleby containing 6 schemes to be delivered\. Four of the schemes \(Castle Bank, Pembroke Street, St Michaels Lane, Parkin Hill\) were identified as part of the 17/18 Small Highways Procurement Strategy to be designed by in- house CCC teams and delivered by the Small Value Surfacing Framework\.
