## Description

NHS Arden and Greater East Midlands CSU \(AGCSU\), on behalf of NHS England Central Midlands and East & North Hertfordshire CCG, is inviting suitably qualified and experienced providers to deliver GP services at Sollershott Surgery, Letchworth, Hertfordshire\. This procurement is for a caretaker provider to deliver the Services under a short-term \(15 month\) APMS contract from 1st January 2017\. The contract value is approximately £390,000 p\.a\. excluding the caretaker element which is to be determined as part of this tender exercise\.
