Home Group is seeking to appoint a suitable experienced and qualified contractor in our Central North region for its repairs and maintenance services including the following work streams • Responsive Repairs • Void Works • Planned Maintenance • Compliance Servicing and Repair To cover predominantly residential tenanted dwellings owned and/or managed by HGP Limited\. It is envisaged TUPE will apply to this contract
