Job Evaluation Service

We are seeking the provision of a job evaluation system to create a job hierarchy for Abri, (our new trading name) since the partnership of Radian and Yarlington.

The aim of this specification is to ensure we can provide a robust methodology to determine where existing roles sit within the new organisation and where new roles will slot in. It is hoped with a robust job evaluation system in place it will help the organisation: o Develop career paths o Develop training requirements o Develop pay structures o Ensure compliance with equal pay o Reduce the gender pay gap
