The Authority is seeking competitive tenders from suitably qualified contractors to undertake the external repair and redecoration of Bramley House Estate. The scope of work includes re-roofing, window replacement and structural masonry and concrete repairs to keep the structure and integrity of the building. The estate will be undergoing comprehensive refurbishment to deliver on a government promise to be a model social housing estate for the 21st century. The insulation and energy efficiencies are addressed by the proposed installation of triple glazed windows and the new roofing which includes insulation of the roof decking.
