GSEEH - LAD 2 Project

An initial, estimated Fee schedule commencing on 1st February is set out below. The fee estimate is broken down into weekly requirements for each of the \r key personnel based on current knowledge and requirements; however, the resource requirements will be reviewed at the end of the second week of each \r calendar month to enable the requirements to be adjusted (and planned) to reflect the evolution of the project management activities and deadlines from \r both the perspective of the CPCA/ GSEEH and those of the various Consortia.\r As such, the draft fee schedule is subject to monthly amendment both in monthly resource requirements and the duration of the support to be provided.\r Should the CPCA/ GSEEH require support past the 30th June 2021, a new six-month resource plan will be agreed and adopted by way of an adjustment to \r this contract in accordance with Clause 10.5. The contract can be extended in six-monthly increments up to a maximum end date of the 31st December \r 2022.
