## Description

The NEDs campaign was unsuccessful as the candidate pulled out and therefore extra costs were incurred to run another campaign\. The contract needs to be increased by £13,970 net which is just over 50% of the original contract value so we will be doing it as 2 variations\. The second variation will be for £1,397 only\.
