## Description

The Council is looking for a Lead Software Developers to provide technical leadership, coaching, and mentoring to the Council's Software Developers\. This procurement is to appoint up to 3 Contractors to lead on various Digital projects\. The successful Contractors will join a Rushmoor framework which the IT/Digital service will be able to use to directly appoint a chosen Contractor or run a short quotation exercise \(between just those Contractors\) on a project-by-project basis\.
