## Description

Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council invited tenders for the provision of a Finance Management Information System \(FMIS\) including Income and Cash management \(ICM\)\. The contract is for a period of five years with the council having an option to extend for a further period of up to five years \(10 years in total\)\. The Council requires a go live date of 01st April 2017 to tie in with the start of the new financial year with any optional requirements being delivered after this date\.
