Enhanced Void Works & Multiple Component Installations

Description

This is a CONTRACT AWARD NOTICE Wakefield and District Housing Limited (WDH) invites tenders for enhanced (major) voids works and associated component replacements including, but not limited to, kitchens, bathrooms, heating installations, electrical installations, external works and all associated remedial works at various properties across the Wakefield District across the Wakefield District. Please note; The volumes have been used for estimation purposes and no minimum or maximum value of works can be associated with this contract and the volumes are only to be used as guidance. Please Note: All materials will be supplied by WDH, and this contract is for Labour Only. Surveys will be conducted by WDH, and all materials will be delivered on site when the work has been scheduled in with the Successful Tenderer. All these works need to be completed during the Planned installation work.
