My Place is responsible for managing 16,000 residential properties and over 523 commercial properties including shops and community halls\. My Place are required to ensure the security of these properties should a break in occur, or if the property becomes void, or if the property is intended to be demolished\. Therefore, it is vital to ensure, that if for any reason a property requires security features to be added to it, it can be done so in a timely manner\.
