THE PROVISION OF AN INTERIM FOR THE ANALYSIS OF THE CORPORATE CHANGE/TRANSFORMATION ACTIVITY ACROSS SOUTHEND ON SEA BOROUGH COUNCIL

The provision of an Interim to analyse the Corporate Change/Transformation activity outlined in the Project Brief (Section B of this ITT):

(i) Map the Transformation taking place across SBC (ii) Report on the summary of the Transformation activity taking place across SBC (iii) Report on how Transformation across SBC could be better aligned to the corporate strategies and priorities (iv) Propose how the Governance Structures could align to the Transformation programme (v) Report on the current capacity within SBC, who is involved in transformation and how the Council's resources could be best utilised to deliver transformation (vi) Report on how SBC's Digital Strategy could assist in the delivery of transformation across SBC
